WAVERLEY

Our client was a young man with special needs and a strong will to live independently in a secure and safe environment. He required a terrace home to be modified to suit his needs, at the same time, keeping true to the character of the home.

With extensive experience in selecting properties to suit people with special needs, Modifex was able to view the property for suitability whilst in sale negotiations. With the help of an experienced occupational therapist, the Modifex team came up with a practical building solution to meet the client’s needs.

Better still, they were able to undertake the modification immediately after the property was settlement and a very satisfied client moved in two weeks later.
