CHATSWOOD

Our clients were a retired couple who lived in a neglected home in a sought after suburb. The clients approached Modifex to find a suitable site to custom build a modern home that could cater for their needs.

The couple had one important request. They wanted to remain in the same area. After a thorough search of the area, a vacant site was identified as the ideal location for a new home. Not only did the location meet the clients' criteria, but it was the same plot of land where the lady owner grew up as a child.

Modifex custom designed and built a contemporary home on this plot and handed it over to very satisfied clients who were thrilled with the location.
