These include several architect designed homes and a number of homes where extensive modifications were required to accommodate the needs of our clients with disabilities. MT DRUITT

At Modifex, we are able to undertake ‘temporary’ modifications while our clients wait for permanent living arrangements that best meet their needs. In this case, we converted a living room into a bedroom with rear yard access by installing an aluminum sliding door and ramp.

In addition, we widened the internal doorways to achieve greater space for movement and better utilization of the bathroom.
