We have completed a number of luxury and specialised projects throughout NSW and Queensland over the past years. These include several architect designed homes and a number of homes where extensive modifications were required to accommodate the needs of our clients with disabilities. STRATHFIELD

To help our client improve her independence in and around her home, we were tasked to review the issues that impacted her mobility. Our client was unable to conveniently access her kitchen to perform basic cooking tasks. It was also nearly impossible to access her yard where she could relax and watch the sun set. She relied almost completely on a team of carers to provide even the most basic needs.

Modifex assessed her environment with her needs in mind. In conjunction with an experienced occupational therapist we designed and constructed an open planned kitchen, remodelled several internal doorways and installed a ramp creating a functional, accessible home and environment.
