NORTH RYDE

Modifex was approached to carryout a home modification for a Lady with a disability due to an accident in the North Ryde area, the main problem was that the family home was two storey with the main bedroom located upstairs.
Therefore Modifex's proposal included the installation of a Lift, the modification of bathrooms to suit the clients needs, outdoor access paths to a rear court yard, ramps throughout the home to allow our client access to all areas. Our satisfied client moved back in very happy to be able to once again access all areas of her home.
