NORTH ROCKS

A young couple purchased a small two bedroom ex service men’s cottage on a large piece of land. The property did not meet the needs of a growing family and required extensive work.

With the family’s future needs as key considerations, Modifex Constructions developed a design in line with their vision - a ‘cottage’ style home with loads of character and adequate living space. The family was very specific on what they hoped to achieve .... a home featuring ultra modern fittings, large open spaces, a double lock up garage, external home office and no less than five bedrooms.

With these requirements in mind, Modifex Constructions proposed an extension and renovation plan which was in line with the couple’s expectations. The project required extensive planning and approval processes to realise the couple’s dream home.

Modifex Constructions facilitated the project from design to completion. The before and after images clearly demonstrate the extent of this project and the stunning finished result. As further testament to Modifex’s reputation as a leading construction company, this home was featured in the 2006 Master Builders House Building Awards.
