HABERFIELD

Modifex was approached to design a practical home environment for a lady with a disability who needed to enter and exit her home with safety and convenience as key priorities.

In order to carry out extensive works with as little disruption as possible and with a tight timeline, Modifex helped to relocate its client to accommodation available for short term stay purposes.

We managed to secure funding for this project and delivered an environment that was not only completely adapted to our client’s specific needs, but incorporated all the features and conveniences resulting in significant improvements to her quality of life.

Specific client requirements that were met included a design that was sympathetic to the existing home, privacy while in the garden and low maintenance.
